Raw Cashew

We source our raw cashews from small farmers and experienced suppliers across various regions in the Kogi, Oyo, and Edo regions. We employ skilled cashew graders to ensure that the goods are supplied as per the required quality after testing. Our logistics team makes sure that the goods are supplied on time. We have the capacity to supply up to 20,000 MTS of RCN per season.

Raw cashews can be used in a variety of ways, including:

Snacking: Raw cashews can be enjoyed as a snack on their own. They are also a great addition to trail mix or granola.

Baking: Raw cashews can be used to make a variety of desserts, including cheesecakes, pies, and vegan ice cream.

Cooking: Raw cashews can be used to thicken sauces, soups, and stews. They can also be blended into a creamy sauce for pasta dishes or used as a base for a dairy-free dip.

Garnishing: Raw cashews can be chopped and used as a garnish for salads, curries, and other dishes.

Nut milk: Raw cashews can be blended with water to make creamy and delicious nut milk.

It’s important to note that raw cashews are not actually raw in the strictest sense. They have been steamed to remove a toxic oil called urushiol, which is found in the cashew shell. This makes them safe for consumption, but they are not considered truly raw.
